Our editorial standard.

Version 1.0, October 19, 2026

Accuracy is the foundation of useful conference discovery. Sponsorship does not change our verification requirements.

Official sources and visible provenance

We prefer official conference sites, organizer announcements, and official calls for proposals. Third-party directories and search results are leads, rather than verification authority. Published records show sources and the last successful verification date.

Unknown means unknown

We do not invent dates, venues, themes, prices, speaker benefits, or deadlines. An open CFP requires verified opening and closing timestamps and a submission URL. Dates with unknown deadline timezones remain unknown until clarified.

AI-assisted, evidence-checked

AI assists extraction and organization. Publication requires source evidence and validation. Conflicting records enter an owner review queue. A failed source check retains the last known facts with a stale warning.

Corrections and sponsored placements

Send corrections through the contact page with the conference URL and official source. Paid placements are labeled Sponsored and cannot purchase a verified label or alter CFP status.
